Massachusetts Association of Reflexology (501c6)
Reflexology has been shown in clinical trial to improve quality of life and reduce side effects of treatment protocols for cancer patients. The members of MAR exceed the national standards for reflexology training and education.
MAR practitioners will be offering mini-reflexology sessions.

He has developed a mindfulness program for Livestrong at YMCACM and continues to support individuals and teach groups in mindfulness practices for health and wellbeing.
