RESTORATIVE YOGA

Can't make it to an in-person class....want to "yoga" anytime from anywhere....we have created a series of free online yoga classes on our YouTube channel to help keep your body limber, toned and balanced.

Classes offered are held in a setting with a calm and serene atmosphere.

This program for cancer patients, survivors and their families is designed to bring emotional and physical relief through gentle yoga as it helps to reduce lymphedema, increase range of motion, and soothe neuropathies.

Registration is required as space is limited.
Participants are asked to wear comfortable clothing and bring water and a yoga mat.
There is no fee for patients, survivors, and a family member/caregiver.

Restorative Yoga classes are led by certified yoga instructors who specialize in hatha style yoga, vinyasa style yoga, restorative yoga, Restorative Yoga for Cancer Patients, and meditation.
